2. Tus cálculos no salen de tu navegador
NetoCheck no te pide nombre, email ni ningún otro dato personal para usar las calculadoras. Las cifras que introduces se calculan en tu propio navegador y no se envían ni se guardan en ningún servidor.
3. Datos técnicos de alojamiento
El sitio está alojado en Netlify, Inc. (Estados Unidos). Como cualquier servidor web, registra datos técnicos de cada visita, como la dirección IP, el navegador y la página solicitada, para entregar la web y protegerla frente a abusos. La base legal es el interés legítimo en el funcionamiento seguro del sitio (artículo 6.1.f del RGPD). Las transferencias a Estados Unidos se realizan con las garantías previstas en el RGPD, como las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
4. Tipografías de Google
Para mostrar el texto, tu navegador descarga tipografías de Google Fonts, un servicio de Google Ireland Limited. Al hacerlo, Google recibe tu dirección IP. La base legal es el interés legítimo en presentar el sitio de forma legible y coherente. Más información en la política de privacidad de Google.
5. Preferencia de idioma
Si eliges un idioma, tu navegador lo recuerda mediante almacenamiento local (localStorage). Este dato se queda en tu dispositivo y no se envía al titular.
6. Si nos escribes
Si contactas por email, usaremos tu dirección y tu mensaje solo para responderte. Los conservaremos mientras sea necesario para atender tu consulta.
7. Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad escribiendo a oscar@netocheck.com. Si consideras que no se han respetado, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
8. Cambios
Si añadimos servicios nuevos, como un boletín por email o estadísticas de visitas, actualizaremos esta política antes de ponerlos en marcha.

2. Your calculations stay in your browser
NetoCheck does not ask for your name, email or any other personal data to use the calculators. The figures you enter are calculated in your own browser and are never sent to or stored on any server.
3. Technical hosting data
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Like any web server, it logs technical data for each visit, such as IP address, browser and requested page, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest in running the site securely (article 6.1.f GDPR). Transfers to the United States rely on GDPR safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. Google Fonts
To display text, your browser downloads typefaces from Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Limited, which receives your IP address. The legal basis is legitimate interest in presenting the site legibly and consistently. See Google's privacy policy.
5. Language preference
If you choose a language, your browser remembers it using local storage. This stays on your device and is not sent to the owner.
6. If you write to us
If you contact us by email, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed to deal with your question.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to oscar@netocheck.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Changes
If we add new services, such as an email newsletter or visitor statistics, we will update this policy before launching them.
